Of course, smart logistics technologies such as unmanned warehousing, unmanned distribution, and logistics robots will become the core part of future smart factories in the future. Therefore, the application of robots in the logistics field is becoming more and more popular.
At the exhibition, many AGV trucks were very eye-catching.
Compared with the past, these AGV robots are smaller in size, more flexible, and have a greater carrying capacity. It is reported that the current AGV truck can bear a maximum weight of 500KG.
When the goods are sorted and carried by the handling robot, they need to be circulated. At this time, they are applied to the circulation and transmission system, which includes the complete transmission system and some circulation robots.
However, these AGV trucks still need to be guided by QR codes, or need magnetic strips for induction, but at present, most of them are pasted with QR codes.
After the goods are delivered, the next step is palletizing. In this process, generally for goods with a small system and light weight, the gripper robot can be used. For bulky and heavy goods, you need to use a forklift.
